Condado de Alhama

Condado de Alhama was the largest project that Polaris World undertook and has been for several years a large resort with many apartments, a few villas, great golf course and a commercail area known as Al Kasar. Due to the granting of planning permission the resort is undergoing considerable investment and there are now plans for a hotel, sports facilities, a club house and many new properties being built on the resort. The resorts owners will therefore benefit from all the additional facilities that are being constructed and additional investment being made over the next few years.

The resort currently has a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and the new apartments that are being constructed will all have fantastic views of the course. The new community that is currently in construction will be called Alhama Nature Reserve and there are villas and apartments available with 2/3/4 bedrooms.
