Altaona Golf & Country Club

Altaona Golf & Country Club, formerly known as Mosa Trajectum, is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Carrascoy national park and is only 12 mins from the historic city of Murcia. The resort was established 20 years ago and has recently recevied a large amount of investment to improve the infrastructure and facilities on the resort. There is currently an 18 hole golf course, driving range, bar and restaurant, pro shop and bike hire shop on site. A large commercial centre which has already been constructed has recently received permission to open and this will bring a lot of new retail and business opportunities to the resort. There are a further 9 holes which will be developed in the future as well as the resoration of an old finca which will become the resort clubhouse. 

There are currently 3 main new build projects taking place on the resort and these consists of townhouses and independent viillas. There are also re-sale apartments and detached villas with private pools available. The new build projects are all located at the edge of the resort so as not to disrupt the established housing communities.
